<br />(2) The di rector may refuse to rerie',: the 1 i cense of, or to
<br />issue another permit to any applicant who has failed to comply
<br />with any provision of this article.

<br />SECTION 15, 36-20-120, Colorado. Revised Statutes, 1990
<br />Repl. Vol., is repealed as follows:
