Thank you for submitting the City of Alamosa' s Water Conservation Plan. The plan was reviewed and
accepted as fulfilling all of the HBl154 requirements.

The plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made available
to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the City should apply for a loan
with either agency.

Due to the nature and intent of HB1154 for implementation of water conservation measures, the State
Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the City of Alamosa to fmd out how conservation
planning is proceeding. .
