The plan has been accepted and approved as <br />fulfIlling all the requirements of Section 37-60-126, CRS (HB91-1154). <br /> <br />Thornton's plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made <br />available to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the City should apply for a <br />loan with either agency, <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent of the above Statute and Bill for implementation of water conservation measures, <br />the state Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the City of Thornton to fmd out how <br />conservation planning is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thank you again for all your hard work on your plan.
