Tune of Performance. "This Contract shall become effective upon proper execution of this Contract by the State Controller or his designee. <br />The Project contemplated herein shaIl commence as soon as practicable after the execution of this Conttad: and shaD be undertaken and performed in the sequence <br />set f~ in the "Time of Performance" in the .attached Exhibit A.
