Review Mr, DeBooy's engineering review/water audit proposal and clearly
emphasize the City's and Coors goals and objectives ofthe project. When these
steps have been completed the following steps will be taken:
4. Progress reports of the study will be submitted in a timely manner by Coors to the
City, including number of hours spent to date on the study and any other relevant
information,
5. A final evaluation ofthe engineering review/water audit report will be made by
Coors, as well as determination of what suggested water conservation measures are
practical and economically feasible to implement.

IV. Project Implement"tion
It is the City's and Coors Ceramics' intent to monitor the progress of the study
through regular meetings. Minutes will be kept at every meeting and updates will be
issued to both corporate staff and city management. Based on the study, Coors' Plant
Engineering Dept. will manage the implementation of all water efficiency changes to
their current system, Updates of progress will be provided to the City as requested,

V. PJ}blicity/Promotion
The Golden community will be notified of this project through coverage in the
Golden Transcript. City Council will be made aware of the project and its progress. The
City will make available a final report to other water conservation groups such as EP A
Region VIII Water Alliance Partnership, the American Water Works Association's Water
Wise Program and the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Pollution
Prevention Program. Success ofth.is project will be used to encourage other Golden
businesses to investigate water conservation measures,

VI. Evaluation and Final Report
Determination must be made by Coors Ceramics personnel on whether or not
fmdings of the engineering review/water audit are implementable and cost effective now
or in the future. In addition, Coors will consider any recommendations put forth by the
City. Ptojections must be made if the recommendations could result in a measurable
reduction in overall water lise. If so, recommendations would be madc to Coors Ceramics
Management for system changes, upgrades or purchases, The final report would be a
summary of the project, including discussion ofprojeet implementations and any project
findings.
