By the year 2015, the population is projected to be approximately <br />10,100 people. Approximately 74% of the services are metered. Current water use records <br />indicate that 61.85% of the total water produced can be accounted for through metered <br />accounts. The balance, 38.15%, being consumed by tlate rate accounts, system leaks, fIre <br />fighting and related testing/training and maintenance activities. Total metering must be a <br />high priority in order to determine actual system water loss. <br /> <br />The City has 5.15 million gallons of treated water storage and .5 million gallons of raw water <br />storage. <br /> <br />-------- --- <br />- ----- <br /> <br />3 <br />
