During our first meeting, we talked about including an advisory committee or group of community members to help guide the project. 1 would like to see mention of such a group in your workplan if you have organized one. Also, please specify what your volunteer participants will do to help you with your project. 2. Item #6, Evaluation/Final Report, needs more discussion. The final report should include a project summary, purpose, parties involved, findings and savings results. The report doesn't need to be elaborate but it needs to at least cover the above items. 3. As you recall our discussion when we met, the contract will require a wilhholding of 10% of the grant funds until the project and final report are complete.
