During our first meeting, we talked about including an advisory committee or group of <br />community members to help guide the project. 1 would like to see mention of such a <br />group in your workplan if you have organized one. Also, please specify what your <br />volunteer participants will do to help you with your project. <br /> <br />2. Item #6, Evaluation/Final Report, needs more discussion. The final report should include <br />a project summary, purpose, parties involved, findings and savings results. The report <br />doesn't need to be elaborate but it needs to at least cover the above items. <br /> <br />3. As you recall our discussion when we met, the contract will require a wilhholding of <br />10% of the grant funds until the project and final report are complete. If the following <br />payment schedule is agreeable with YOll, we wi' it in the contract. <br /> <br />1st dispersement, $2,700 - 6/17/9 , $2925 <br />2nd dispersement, $1,388 - 6/25 92, $1190 <br />Final dispersement, $457 - 9/21 3, $457 <br /> <br />
