The plan was <br />reviewed and accepted as fulfilling all of the HBl154 requirements. <br /> <br />The plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made available to the <br />Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the District should apply for a loan with either <br />agency. <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent ofHBl154 for implementation of water conservation measures, the State" Office of <br />Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the District to fmd out how conservation planning is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your efforts.
