<br />SECTION 3 <br />WATER BALANCES <br /> <br />A water balance is an allocation of various water uses as compared to metered records. Table <br />3-1, below, shows the allocation of water uses for all eight participating sites. Corresponding pie- <br />charts for each facility are illustrated in Appendix 8 on Figures 8-1 through 8-8. Figure 8-9, <br />which corresponds to Table 3-1 below, shows the savings for all eight facilities, combined.
