1996, a draft 1996 Waler Conservation Plan. This
proposed Plan is an amended version of the 1990
Water Conservation Plan and Is available for public
comment for a period of nolless than sixty days,
or to May 20, 1996. The plan wlll be considered fot
adoption by the Board on May 23, 1996.
