Please take just a few min- <br />utes of your time to read the balance of this letter. The information it contains may save <br />misunderstandings in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />Unpaid water bills stay with the property and create a perpetual lien <br />against the property. If there is an unpaid balance shown on your <br />statement, we suggest you contact your realtor or your landlord to --.. Water used in excess of 3,000 gallons is <br />charged at a rate different than the rate for the first 3,000 <br />gallons. There is also a non-refundable service fee for all new <br />customers. If you wish to receive the current water rates, fees <br />and charges please caU 434-7328. AU water charges are due <br />within ten (10) days of the billing date. Water service and usage <br />fees are billed at approximately the same time each month. <br />The minimum monthly charge is billed in advance, the <br />charge for water in excess of 3,000 gallons is billed the fol. <br />lowing month after the meter is read. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />J <br />I <br /> <br />It is your responsibility to maintain the <br />water meter pit free of fences, shrubs or <br />other debris which could hinder meter reading.
