It has been <br />accepted by the Willows Water District Board of Directors who support water conservation. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors recognize that this document and plan will require periodic review and <br />modification. Therefore, the plan will never be final but will undergo changes and improvements <br />to recognize new opportunities and technological advancements. <br /> <br />This Plan represents a collaborative effort on the part of many individuals. <br /> <br />The Willows Water District management and staff set the direction and managed the Plan <br />development. . <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />Khanh T.
