<br />East Cherry Creek Valley Water & Sanitation District <br />Water Conservation Plan <br /> <br />Section 6 <br />Public Process <br /> <br />The East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District has reviewed and approved this <br />Water Conservation Plan. The process by which this Plan was developed is as follows: <br /> <br />The Board of the East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District preliminarily <br />reviewed this plan on July 11, 1996, and upon general approval opened the 60 day public <br />review process. This public review process consisted of notification of affected parties <br />including customers, home owner associations, and other governmental agencies including <br />special districts and the school district. Internal review and revisions were accomplished <br />during the 60 day public review period. On September 12, 1996 the plan was adopted by <br />the Board of Directors of the East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District. <br /> <br />14 <br />
