<br />3. During FY 93/94 Facilities Operations will review its current water <br />metering program in order to improve water conservation efforts. Wherever <br />appropriate and as funds become available Facilities operations will <br />increase the number of metered sites. The University Construction <br />Standards Manual currently requires water meters on all new construction <br />and major renovations. Facilities Operations will also improve its water <br />meter planned maintenance program. <br /> <br />4. Facilities Operations and Facilities Development will provide training to <br />our personnel on water meter maintenance and repair, conducting water <br />audits, water use analysis and loss determination, water efficient <br />landscape design, irrigation techniques, turf management and various other <br />water conservation techniques. <br /> <br />5. All Resident Instruction buildings with swimming pools shall utilize <br />swimming pool covers during unoccupied hours. <br /> <br />6. Facilities Operations will coordinate with other university agencies and <br />auxiliary functions to promote water conservation in their operations. <br /> <br />The coordinator for the Colorado State University Water Efficiency Plan will <br />be John P.
