and accepted as fulfilling all of the HBl154 requirements.

The plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board, It will also be made available
to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the City should apply for a loan
with either agency,

Due to the nature and intent ofHBl154 for implementation of water conservation measures, the State
Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the City of Colorado Springs to frod out how
conservation planning is proceeding.
