<br />1. The name of the objector is the St. Vrain and Left Hand Nater
<br />
<br />Conservancy District on behalf of its members as shown on
<br />
<br />Exhibit. "A" C'.ttached (all ditches and towns within the
<br />
<br />boundaries of the St. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy
<br />
<br />District).. The mailing addres:3 of the objector is 1755
<br />
<br />North Main Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501.
<br />
<br />2. The application should not be 9ranted for the following
<br />
<br />reasons: It appears the applicant has not met all statutory
<br />
<br />requirements concerning applicEltion for water right, i.e.,
<br />
<br />high water line survey of reservoirs, capacity of outlet
<br />
<br />works, location of outlet works, how the water ri9ht will
<br />
<br />be administered by the State, nor has the applicant shown
<br />
<br />how it will be possible for these water r:Lghts to be
<br />
<br />administered by the State. In addition, the applicant appears
<br />
<br />to have no rights-of-way for ingress and egress to these
<br />
<br />reservoirs, and apparently does not own the land upon which
<br />
<br />the reservoirs are situated. Until the applicant can shO\-1
<br />
<br />an agreement bet\veen the State and the U. S. Government
<br />
<br />concerning ownership of the land and water upon ....,hich
<br />
<br />the a:pplicant has filed, this application should not be
<br />
<br />granted.
