5.' The lake is located at 390 03 '. 00" North Latitude and 1060 35'
30" West Longitude.' . Thi.s is in an unsurveyed' tomlship. Sectional projec-
tions indicate that the lake is located in Section 31, T.llS., R.82W. of the
6th P.N.

, If a conflict exists bet",een the description by latitude and longi-
tude and the sectional description, the description by latitude aud longi-
tude ",ill take precedence.

6. Th2 use of the ~vater is to maintain the Qinimlli~ lake lev21 as-
required to preserve the natural environ:nent to a reasonable degree.

7. The date of initiation of appropriation is January 14, 1976.

January 14, 1976, by action of The Colorado l,ater Conservation Board under
