Longitude. Lake Creek, s~ow mel~, precipitation runoff & other natural
sources. Pine River 'Watershed.

to insure preservation of such ffillllffium lake levels as are required
to prote~t the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

6. Amount of water: 108 acre feet ABSOLUTE PROVIDED THAT THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL
STORAGE IN THE LAKE IS LIMITED TO THE CAPACITY OF TilE NATURAL LAKE AT THE
ELEVATION REQUESTED (11,620 ft,) FURTHER, IT WAS ACREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES
THAT THE APPLICANTS WILL NOT INTERFERE IN ANY MANNER WITH THE NATURAL OULET
OF SAID LAKE AND APPROPRIATE CONDITIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED TO MEET THIS
REQUIREMENT.

7. Priority of water right: .. May 12, 1976

The priority here awarded shall be junior to all priorities awarded in

previous years. As between all rights adjudicated this calendar year, priorities

shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and. not affected by the

date of entry of this ruling.
