The statements in the application are true. <br /> <br />2. The name of the structure involved is Diemer <br /> <br />Lake. <br /> <br />3. The name and address of the claimant is The <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, 823 State Centennial <br />Building, 1313 Sherrn~n Street, Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The source of the wa-ter is. an unnamed tributary <br />of the North-Fork of the Frying Pan Ri'!er, tributary to the <br />Frying Pan River. <br /> <br />5. The lake is located at 39020'05" north latitude <br />and 106036'2511 v.:cst longitude. Ti:Li..s is in an unsu:rvcj'ed <br />township. Sectional projections .indicate that the lake is <br />located in Section. 24, T. 8 S., R. 83 W. of the 6th P.M. <br /> <br />If a conflict exists between 1:he description by latitude <br />and longitude" and the sectional description, the description <br />by latitude and longitude will ~ake precedence. <br />
