6. The amount of water:

23 acre feet

7. This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-
102(3) and 37-92-103(3) ano (4). The purpose of' this appro-
priation by the state of Colorado is to insure 1:he preservation
of a minimum stream level to protect the natural environment
to a reasonable degree.

8. The priority herein awarded said Little Mitchell Lake No.1
was filed in the Water Court in the year of 197B and shall be
administered as having been filed in that year; and shall be
junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As between
all rights, filed in the same calendar year, priori t:ies
shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and
not affected by the date of E~ntry of rulingw
