<br />Colorado, by the Hater Judge of said Court on the 25th day of June, 1976, in
<br />accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,

<br />2. The nmae of the structure is Petroleum Lake.

<br />3. The name of the claimant and address is The Colorado Hater Con-
<br />servation Board; 1845 Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado;,

<br />4.' The source of the 'il1ater is an unna.-ned tribut8i:'Y of Lincoln Creek,
<br />tributary to the Roaring Fork River.
<br />
<br />5. The lake is located a"t 39001' .35" North Latitude and l06038'05t1
<br />HeHt Longitude. This is in an unsurveyed to\-ltlship4 Sectional projections
<br />indicate that the 1a:,e is located in Section 23, T.llS., R.83;.!. of the 6th P.l-!.
