<br />true and having become fully advised with respect to the subject matter of
<br />the application does hereby make the following determination and ruling as
<br />the Referee in this matter, to-wit:

<br />
<br />3. The name of the claimant and address is The Colorado Hater Con-
<br />servation Board; 18l~S Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado.

<br />4. The source. of the \1at.€r is an unnamed t.ri.butary or Yule Creek,
<br />tributary to the Crystal River.
<br />
<br />5. The lake

<br />This 1.8 in nu unsurveyed township. Sectional projec-
<br />the lake is located in Section 17, T.125., R.87H. of
<br />
<br />If a conflict exists between the description by latitude and longi-
<br />tude and the secti.onal description, the description by latitude and longi-
<br />tude will take precedence.

<br />6. The use of the water is to maintain the minimum lake level as re-
<br />qui.red to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
<br />
<br />7. The date of initiation of appropriation is January 14, 1976.
<br />
<br />8. The total capacity of the lake is 14 acre feet.
<br />
<br /><). The '\late.r '-188 first applied to the above beneficial use on
<br />January 1I-t-, 1976, by action of The Colorado \.Jater Conservation Board under
<br />Lhc provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3), 37-92-1.03(3), (4) and (10).

<br />10. This appropriation is made under the pt"ovisions of C.R.S. 1973,
<br />37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), known as SenaLe Bill 97, signed
<br />into law April 23, 1973.
