<br />FINDINGS OF FACT
<br />
<br />1. That the said application was filed on May 21, 1976.
<br />
<br />
<br />2. That the Water Clerk' caused pul')lication of such filing
<br />
<br />as provided by statute: that the time for filing Statements of
<br />OPPosition G!xpireJ. on the last day of July, 1976, and t.hat nOne
<br />
<br />has been f:iled.

<br />3. That the said application:: concerns a natural lake
<br />
<br />located in Custer. county., Colorado, Cind used for such minimum
<br />
<br />flows as ar~ requir.ed to preserve the natural environment to
<br />
<br />a reasonable degree; and the claim, for appropriation is made
<br />
<br />
<br />undor the provisions of CRS 1973. 37-92-102 (3), 37-92-103 (3) .
