The sou:t"ce of the water is runoff tributary 'to t.he <br />South Fork of the Crystal River. <br /> <br />S. The lake is located at 39001'41" North Latitude and <br />and 107003'45" Nest Longitude. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to maintain the minimum lake <br />l.wel as required to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7. The date of initiation of appropriation is March 17, 1980. <br /> <br />8.
