<br />~ ;\ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WATER STORAGE RIGllT <br /> <br />NAME OF LAKE: Rors&shoe Lake. <br /> <br />LOCATION: The lake being a naturally occurring body has no <br />dam. 'l'he lake is located at 38 degs. 05 I 30" North Latitude <br />and 105 degs. 38' 50" West Longitude in Custer County, Colorado. <br />The section lines in this area are largely unsurveyed and so <br />exact location is impossible. 'fhe! natural water elevation is <br />approximately 11,~60 feet. . <br /> <br />SOURCE OF WATER: Middle Taylor Creek as well as snow melt, <br />precipitation runoff, and other natural sources. <br /> <br />PRIORITY DATE: January 14, 1976, provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded <br />in cases filed prior to 1976, and otherwise <br />junior as provided in CRS 1973, 37-92-306. <br /> <br />AMOUNT OF WATER: Approximately 61] acre feet. <br /> <br />USE OF WATER: To insure the maintenance of such minimum flows <br />as are requlred to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />TOTAl.. CAPACI1'Y OF LAKE: Approxima~ely 61 acre feet. <br /> <br />IT IS FUR'l'HER ORDERED 'l'hat Applicant shall install and <br /> <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, <br /> <br />content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br /> <br />devices, as the ~ase may be, as are deemed essential by the <br /> <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed <br /> <br /> <br />and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling shall <br /> <br />be mailed as provided by statute. <br /> <br />Dated and filed with the Water Clerk this 4th <br /> <br />day 0 f <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, A.
