This appropria.tion is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973,
37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purpose
of this appropriation by the state of Colorado is to
insure the preservation of a minimum lake level to
protect the natural environment to a reasonaLl(: degree.

8. 'l'he priority herein awarded said Bill Hoore Laxe was filed
in the Water Court in th(~ year of 1976 and shall be
administered as having been filed in that year; and shall
be junior to all priorities filed in previous years. As
between all rights, filed in the same calendar year,
priorities shall be determined by historical dates of
appropriation and not affected by the d'-;lte of entry of ruling.
