<br />This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973,
<br />37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purposE'
<br />of this appropriation by the State of Colorado is to
<br />insure the preservation of a minimum lake level to protect
<br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
<br />
<br />8. The Applicant, by Stipulation, does not acknowledge at this
<br />time any rights to water by the United States of America, but in the
<br />future if the United States of America shall seek appropriate judicial
<br />determination of any claimed water right.s in the watershed involved
<br />herein, the Applicant stipulates and agrees that its right shall be
<br />subject to any adjudicated senior right of the United States of America.
<br />
<br />9. The priori ty herein awarded said Bob Lake was filed in the
<br />Water Court in the year of 1976 and shall be administered as having
<br />been filed in that year; and shall be :iunior to all priori 1:ies filed in
<br />previous years. As between all rights, filed in the same calendar
<br />year, priori ties shall be determined by historical dates of appro-
<br />priation and not affected by the date of entry of ruling.
