78 acre feet with natural watE~r surface elevation of
approximately 9,065 feet.

7. The use of the water:

This appropriation is made pu]~suant to C.R.S. 1973,
37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purpose
of this appropriation by the state of Colorado is
to insure the preservation of a minimum stream
level to protect the na1:ural environment to a
reasonable degree.

8. The priority herein awarded said Bald Hill Lake ~n
was filed in the Water Court in the year of 1977 and shall
be administered as having beE~n filed in that year; and shall
be junior to all priorities fi.led in previous years. As
between all rights, filed in t:he same calendar year, priorities
shall be determined by historical dates of appropriat.ion and
not affected by the date of entry of ruling.
