HCCA has coordinated with local consultants to arrive at a preliminary instream flow <br /> recommendation. In considering this application, the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> (CWCB) has an opportunity to protect an important stream ecosystem by moving forward with <br /> an instream flow protection that would preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br /> degree. <br /> Enclosed you will find the preliminary instream flow proposal, R2Cross modeling runs, stream <br /> photos, and maps of the relevant reach.
