The above entitled application was filed on June 8, 1976, and was re-

ferred to the undersigned as \vater Referee for Water Division No.5, State of

Colorado, by the h'ater Ju.dge of said Court on the 25th day of June, 1976,. in
ac~ordance with Article 92 of 'Chapter 37, Color~do Revised Statutesl973,
