<br />Th~ above entitled application was filed on June 8-,

<br />1976, and was referred to the unde::-signed as h'ater Referee

<br />for Water Division No. 5J State of Colorado, by the Water
<br />
<br />Judge of said Court on the 25th day of June, 1976, in
<br />
<br />accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised
<br />
<br />Statutes 1973, known as The Water Right Determination and
<br />
<br />Administration Act of 1969.

<br />4. The source of the water is Lyle Creek, tributary
<br />to Ivanhoe Creek, tributary to the Frying Pan River.
<br />
<br />5. The lake is located at 39018'30" north latitude
<br />and 10603110011 \,'est longit.ud~w This is in an unsUJ:veyed
<br />to\vnship. Sectional projections indicate that the lake is
<br />located in Section 35/ T. 8 S., R. 82 W. of the 6th P.M.
<br />
