8. The Applicant:, by Stipulation, does not ~Cknowledge at
this time any rights to ""ter by tha United States of Nnedca; but
in the future if the United States of America shall seek appropriate
judicial determination of' any claimed water r.ights in the watershed
involved herein, the llpplicant stipulates and agrees that its right
shall be subject to any .,djudicated senIor right of the United
States of Nnerica.

9. The priority herein awarded "<lid North Iceberg Lake was
filed in the Water Court: in the year of 1976 and shall be admin-
istered as having been fi,led in th<lt year; and shall be junior to
all priorities filed in previous years. As between all rights,
filed in the same call~nclil,r year, priori ties shall be d~t~rmined by
historical dates of appropriation and not affected by che date of
entry of ruling.
