-The above entitled application was filed on June 8, 1976, was
amended on August 5, 1977 to correct the legal description, and
was referred to the undersigned as Water Referee for Water Division
No. Sf State of Colorado, by the Water Judge of said Court on the
25th day of June, 1976, and again, after amendement, on September

Revised Statutes 1973, known as The Water Rights Determination and
Administration Act of 1969.

respect to the subject matter of the amended application does hereby

Conservation Board; 1313 Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado.

4. The source of the water is Prince Creek, tributary to the
Crystal River.

5. The lake. is located at 39016122" North Latitude and 107"
0813511 West Longitude. The lake is located in Section 18, T.9S.,
R.87W. of the 6th P,M.

6. The use of the water is to ~aintain the minimum lake level
as required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable
degree.

7~ The dat~ of initiation of appropriation is January 14,
1976.

B. The c<J.pacity of the lake is estimated to be 9 acre feet,
with a natural water elevation of 10,200 feet.
