<br />IN WEST UTE LAKE, A NATURAL LAKE

<br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE RIO GRANDE RIVER

<br />IN SAN JUAN COUNTY AND HINSDALE COUNTY

<br />THIS MATTER, having corne on before the court on the appli-
<br />cation of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the court be-
<br />ing fully advised as to the matter of the application herein,
<br />hereby makes the following findings:
<br />
<br />The application herein was filed with the water clerk, Wa-
<br />ter Division 3, on December30 , 1977. All notices required by
<br />law of the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and
<br />the court has jurisdiction over the application.
<br />
<br />A statement of opposition was filed to this application by
<br />the United States of America. The United States of America
<br />withdrew its statement of opposition on February 2, 1984.
<br />
<br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed
<br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the
<br />court finds that the statements contained in the application are
<br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested
<br />in the application.
