That the said appl ication concerns Lily Pond <br /> <br />lake located in Gunnison County, Colorado, and used for <br /> <br />such minimum flows as are required to preserve the natural <br /> <br />environment to a reasonable degree, and the claim for appro- <br /> <br />priation is made under the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, <br /> <br />37-92-103(3), (4) and (10). <br /> <br />2. That applicant has furnished acceptable proof <br /> <br />as to claims made. <br /> <br />3.
