STORAGE IN THE LAKE IS LIMITED TO THE CAPACITY OF THE NATURAL LAKE AT THE
ELEVATION REQUESTED (12,160 ft.) FURTHER, IT'WAS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES
THAT THE APPLICANTS ,WILL NOT INTERFERE IN ANY MANNER WITH THE NATURAL OULET
OF SAID LAKE AND APPROPRIATE, CONDITIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED TO HEET THIS
REQUIREMENT. ALSO SUBJECT TO ATTACHED STIPULATION & ORDER.
