<br /><>. The source of the water is an unnamed tributary of Bear Creek,
<br />tributary to SnowwassCreek, tributary to the Roaring Fork River. .

<br />5. The lake is located at.390 09' 00" North Latitude and 1070 04'
<br />10" \.Jest Longitude. . This is in an unsurveyed tmmship. Sectional projec-
<br />tions indicate thac the lake is focated in Section 35, T.IOS., R.87W. of
<br />the 6th P.H.
<br />
<br />If a conflict exists betl'een the description by latitude and longi-
<br />tude and the sectional description, the description by latitude and longi-
<br />tude will take precedence.

<br />6a The eS2 of the \iat~r is to maintain the ~ini~~~ lake level as re-
<br />quired to preserve the natural environment to a ~easonable degree.
<br />
<br />7. The date of initiation of appropriation is January 14, 1976.
<br />
<br />8. The total capacity of the lake is 170 acre fee.
<br />
<br />9. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on
<br />Jan"~c.n:y 14, 1976, by action of 'Ehe Colorado Hater Conservation Board under
<br />the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37~92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10).

<br />10. This appropriacion is made und',r the provisions of C.R.S. 1973,
