5. Type of USe:. to insure preservation of such minimum lake levels as are
required to protect the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

6, Amount of water: 503 acre feet ABSOLUTE PROVIDED THAT THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL
STORAGE IN THE LAKE IS LIMITED TO THE CAPACITY OF THE NATURAL LAKE AT THE
ELEVATION REQUESTED (12,545 ft.) FURTHER, IT WAS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES
THAT THE APPLICANTS WILL NOT INTERFERE IN ANY MANNER WITH THE NATURAL OULET
OF SAID LAKE AND APPROPRIATE', CONDITIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED TO MEET THIS
REQUIREMENT.

7. Priority of wa~er right: May 13, 1976

The priori~y here awarded shall be junior to all priorities awarded in

previous years. As between all rights adjudica.ted this calendar year;' 'priori ties

shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and. not affected by th'e

date of entry of this ruling.

It is the ruling of the Referee that the statements in the application

indicated priority.
