Legal description of location of outlet of natural
lake: The lake is located at 38 deg 53'2811 north lati-
tude and 106 deg 39'48" west longitude in Gunnison
County, Colorado. The lake is located in the natural
drainage of Rocky Brook. and may be located on the
Ital ian Creek U.S.G.S. quadrangle.
