5. Type of use:

to insure preservation of such minimum lake levels as are required
to protect the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

6. Amount of water: 536 acre feet ABSOLUTE - PROVIDED THAT THE A}10UNT OF ACTUAL
STORAGE IN THE LAKE IS LIMITED TO THE CAPACITY OF THE NATURAL LAKE AT THE
ELEVATION REQUESTED (12,033 ft.) FURTHER, IT WAS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES
THAT THE APPLICANTS WILL NOT INTERFERE IN ANY MANNER WITH THE NATURAL OUTLET
OF SAID LAKE AND APPROPRIATE CONDITIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED TO MEET THIS
REQUIREMENT.

The priori~y here awarded shall be' junior to all priorities awarded in

previous yeaTS. As between all rights adjudicated this ca lendar year .-,',,'p:riori ties

shall be determined by historical dates of appropriation and. not affected by th'e
