latitude 39" 53' 13"N and longitude 105. 14' S7"W ID Jefferson County,
Colorado. The lake IS located on the Eldorado Spnngs and LOUIsvIlle
u.s.a.s. quadrangles.

Malntam the natural lake level to preserve the natural envIronment to a
reasonable degree,

6, The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 23,
2002, by action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the
provisionofC,R.S. ~ ~ 37-92-102(3),37-92-103(3),(4), (10).

absolute. nus is the amount of water necessary to preserve the natural
clcvabon of the water surface at approx1Rlately 6,263 feet.
