Sectional projections <br />indicate that the lake is located in Section 3, T.8S., R.81W. of the 6th <br />P.M. <br /> <br />If a conflict exists betlveen the description by latitude and longi- <br />tude and the sectional description, the description by latitude: and longi- <br />tude Hill take precedence" <br /> <br />6. The use of the 1;vater is to maint.ain the Etinimum lake level as re- <br />quired to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7. This appropriation is made under the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, <br />3/-92-102(3) and 37-92,-103(3), (4) and (0), known as Senate Bill 9/, signed <br />into law April 23, 1973. <br />
