The undersigned water referee, having investigated

the matter of the application on file herein, hereby makes

the following findings and rul ing thereon:

That the said appl ication concerns Texas No.

Lake located in Gunnison County, Colorado, and used for

suCh minimum flows as are required to preserve the natural

environment to a reasonable degree, and the claim for appro-

priation is made under the provisions of C.R.S. 1973,

37-92-103(3). (4) and (10).

2. That appl icant has furnished acceptable proof

as to claims made.

~;. That the said appl ication was filed on December

30, 1977.

4. That the water clerk caused publ icat ion .of such

Filing as provided by statute; that the time for filing

statements of opposition expired on the last day of February,
