7. The use of the water:

This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973p
37-92-102 (3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purpose of
this appropriation by the State of Colorado is to
insure the preservation of a minimum lake level to
protect the natural environment to a reasonable degre:-e.

B. The l\pplicant, by Stipulation, dO(lS not acknowledge at this
time any rights to water by the United States of America, but in the
future if the United St"ates of America shall seek appropriate judicial
determination of any claimed water rights in t~he watershed involved
her.ein, the Applicant st.ipulates and a~frees i:{-'iat its right shall be
subject to any adjudicated senior right of the United States of
America.

9. The priority herein awarded said Woodland Lake was filed in
the Wat0.r Court in the year of 1976 and shall be administered as having
been filed in that year; and shall be junior t.o all priorities filed in
previolls years. As bet\."een all rights, fi led in the same calendar
year, priorities shall be determined by historical dates of appro-
priation and not- affected by the date of entry of ruling.
