<br />LOCA'li.!ON: 'l'he lake being a naturally occurring body has no
<br />dam. Th~ lake is located at 37 degs. 59' 50" North Latitude
<br />and 105 clega. 34' 2511 West Longitudo in Custor County, Colorado.
<br />The section lines in this area are! largely unsurveyed and so
<br />exact looation is impossible. The! natural water elevation is
<br />approximately 11,643 feet. '

<br />SOURC~ OF WATER: Macey Creek as well as snow melt,
<br />precipi tation runoff, and other na-:tural sources.
<br />
<br />PklOKI~Y DAPE: Janua~y 14, 1976, provided, however, that this
<br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded
<br />in Cases filed prior to 1976, am) otherwise
<br />junior as ,provided' in CRS 1973, 37-92-306,

<br />Offica of the State gngineer, and the same shall be installed

<br />and operated in accordance with instructions [rom said Office.
