<br />(3) The board may contract with one or more publ ic or
<br />private parties to perform some or all of its duties under this

<br />to make rules or regulations, conduct public hearings, prescribe
<br />forms, and establish services and fees therefor.

<br />statements permitted by thi s part 2 to be fil ed in accordance with
<br />thi,s subsection (4), a financing statement may be filed within six
<br />months before the perfection 'of a security interest , would
<br />otherwise lapse. Any such financing statement shall be sigAeel by,
<br />either the e1ebtsr sr'the secHreel llarty. It shall identify the
<br />security agreement, statement, or notice (however denominated in
<br />any statute or other'law repealed or modified, by the 1978
<br />amendments), state the office where'and the date when the last

<br />Sections 4,-9':"103 and 4-9-401 determine the proper place to file
<br />such a financing statement.' Except as specified in this
<br />subsection (4), the provisions of section 4~9-403 (3) for
<br />continuation statements apply to ,such a financing statement.
