<br />Be it enacted E1 the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. Project authorizations. (1) Pursuant to
<br />section 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised_~tatutes, the
<br />Colorado water conservation board is hereby authorized to loan
<br />moneys to enable the construction of the following water
<br />resources projects:
