<br /> <br /> <br />--/- <br />~ <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />HOUSE BILL 03-1001 <br /> <br />BY REPRESENTATIVE(S) Hoppe, Borodkin, Briggs, Brophy, Carroll, <br />Clapp, Cloer, Crane, Fairbank, Frangas, Fritz, Garcia, Hall, Harvey, Hefley, <br />Hodge, Jahn, Johnson R., Larson, Marshall, May M., McCluskey, <br />McFadyen, Merrifield, Miller, Rhodes, Rippy, Salazar, Schultheis, Stafford, <br />Stengel, Weddig, Weissmann, Williams S., Williams T., and Young; <br />also SENATOR(S) Johnson S. and Grossman. <br /> <br />CONCERNING INCREASED FLEXIBILITY IN THE USE OF WATER RESOURCES, <br />WITHOUT REGARD TO WATER DIVISION BOUNDARIES. <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. 37-95-109 (I), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended <br />to read: <br /> <br />37-95-109. Bonds or notes - issuance - terms. (1) The authority <br />has the power and is hereby authorized from time to time to issue its bonds <br />or notes in such principal amounts as in the opinion of the board are <br />necessary to provide sufficient funds for any of its corporate purposes, <br />including the payment, funding, or refunding of the principal of, or interest <br />or redemption premiums on, any bonds or notes issued by it, whether the <br /> <br />Capital letters indicate new material added to existing statutes; dashes <br />through words indicate deletions from existing statutes and such material <br />not part of act. <br />
