SENATE <br />Transfers a specified amount from the severance tax trust fund to the fanners and ranchers erne el)jf~ <br />natural disaster assistance fund. Appropriates a specified amount from the farmers and ranchers erne 9 <br />natural disaster assistance fund to the department of agriculture to be used for the purpose of providing erne n <br />assistance, including grants and loans to farmers and ranchers in the case of a natural disaster due to drought Je~ 10 <br />During the continuance of any state disaster emergency due to drought, authorizes the gover o~~ ' <br />exercise his or her authority as commander-in-chief to direct the Colorado national guard to use any equi ment <br />and personnel necessary to transport hay and other livestock feed donated to Colorado farmers and rancher from <br />the point of origin to the fanners and ranchers in the state.
