<br />1 <br /> <br />owners in this state. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />(II) Two directors who are not representatives of <br /> <br />3 reservoir owners,shall be selected from the public at large. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />(2) The directors shall receive no compensation but may <br /> <br />5 receive a per diem subsistence allowance pursuant to the <br /> <br />6 provisions of the plan of operation. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />(1) The board shall, <br /> <br />10-4-1105.
